It's good place. Trainer's are good. But changing place and washroom are not great!
There is no parking but we can park the bike next road. I have been doing it and it's safe so far. Well Equipped
One of the Great gym's in and around Mathikere great equipment's. Not too crowded has great energy and the trainers will motivate you to workout and show up everyday will guide you with proper exercise and diet. My trainer Darshan is the best he has great knowledge about fitness and will make you archive your goals I tried different trainers but had no results like I did with Darshan sir. One of the best fitness centre in the area . It has all equipments . I have been training here for 3 months under Darshan . He is greatly dedicated towards every client . I have seen good progress in my exercise routine under his training . Overall good experience . Happy training .
Nani's school of fitness is an excellent gym ! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the faciyare great . I am very grateful to Dharshan , my trainer , who not only is a very experienced trainer but also has a great knowledge regarding diet & nutrition . If you have a fitness goals in your mind he gives you a very realistic plan to achieve it . On top of that he is a great motivator and make you want to come tothe gym . Thank you so much Dharshan and all of the staff at Nani's !
The best gym I have worked out especially for girls and ladies, with in house lady trainer always assisting each an everyday in all the workouts and also a proper diet plans for the best results, it's been 4months and im really satisfied with the results I have got. Thanks NSF !
