Bed full of bedbugs. Cockroaches in bathrooms and cupboards. Small rooms. Poorly maintained. AC not functioning. Hot water was not available. No restaurant. Travel desk is there but no service. Have to make own taxi arrangement. Lunch costly. The worst hotel I have stayed at. Not recommended. Please avoid booking here. No service available. But they charge a bomb for a night. Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but even a 2 star is much better than this.
Wonderful stay. Visiting Kollam for the first time but liked the place very much. Hotel is located at a central location (Clock Tower area) but is very quiet. Rooms and the Ambience were very good, so was the Hotel staff. You are served buffet breakfast, which is quite good. Overall the experience was excellent.
Hotel is an old one and not updated. Doors , locks, water taps, showers, flush systems...are not working properly. No full time food service. Only saving face is the friendly attitude of staffs. They are good. I will never select this hotel again..
Have been staying here since inception. Due to Covid they kept it closed for almost 3-4 years and have started again just during onam time. Need to do a lot of preventive maintenance. Start their original breakfast buffet which they had earlier with little more options. Fruits, diff egg preparations on demand, some variety dosa on demand like earlier times.
Nice and comfortable stay. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Attached Washroom is small and more brighter lighting would be good. They have a library.
The room is tidy and hygienic. However, for a tariff of 2800+ taxes (for 2 people) the size of the room is very small and the washroom is tiny too and very inconvenient to use. A simple breakfast is offered and that's it. They don't have a functioning restaurant.

Excellent service at Nani hotels today. Had the pleasure of hosting our sons baptism ceremony there. Mr Sajeev was an absolute professional. Nani and Mr Sajeevs team were courteous in receiving us, quoting items, walking us through different options incl menu and delivering promptly as promised. All steps were very sequentially and meticulously done. The hall at Nani is a perfect combination of accessibility, comfort, luxury and aesthetic presentation. Food is authentic and was customised to meet our needs, which in our case was 125PAX, @ an affordable price. We highly recommend Mr Sajeev and team, who will be sure to take care of your event needs.
