Excellent menu..... Cocktail variety is a bit limited. Service is good. Not much crowded on Friday evening. AC needs bit more cooling. ( initially when u arrive u feel it's hot.)It's on Top floor. As per Nando's international standards staff needs a bit more training. ( Not staff issue. More of trainer)
We love visiting Nando's in vegas mall. Staff is good. Food is tasty and fresh. Although i would suggest that the owners should check the air conditioning of this place and get that upgraded. Also i have noticed a delay in service lately in couple of my visits as usually the restaurant is jam packed on weekends and they don't have appropriate number of staff to serve people on time. Hope the service improves.
Over all experience was very good. Staff was very polite and friendly. I guess it's not too occupied on weekdays. We ordered 2 sides and Nando's classic burger. I loved the peri peri fries. Garlic bread was fine as they just put a cheese slice on the top of it. Could have been better if they melted the cheese. Burger was also good. Happy with the services.
Nando's has been among my favourite restaurant chains and this one was no different too. The ambience inside was very good and so was the service. In fact initially the meal they served me was a little cold, but when I pointed it out to the waiters, they quickly replaced the food and even said sorry to me. Even the manager and chef came to me to apologise. I found the gesture to be sweet. Now coming to the food, it was excellent as usual. I loved the taste of the chicken, the tenderness, the juiciness and it was very healthy too. I loved it.
Rating - 4.5 I ordered a Veg Peri-patty burger with peri peri wedges and garlic bread on the side. I was satisfied with the wedges and garlic bread. However, in my opinion, the burger bun was too thick and the patty was very thin. I could not taste enough of the flavours due to the bread. I provided this feedback to the restaurant manager and he listened patiently. He also offered complimentary wrap and wedges. So I'm extremely happy with the customer service. Overall I had a delightful experience. This location has a beautiful and chic indoors, great speedy service and is very accessible being in the mall. Looking forward to visiting again, and hoping they change the burger buns. I would also like to see more vegetarian options!
Had a wonderful experience, If you're really a food lover you need to check this place. A bit expensive though, but you'll love the food. I request them to increase menu items, there is only 1 variety of chicken burger. I didn't like the bun but I enjoyed the chicken. Good covid safety measures were followed.
It was a great time in here. People (other few customers) were quite noisy but otherwise the service the food all was great. Quantity is less according to the price they are charging. Price and Quantity can be improved.
