Very bad experience.....we bought one LG washing machine 3yrs back...3months back it had a complaint ,we booked service through our dealer nandhilath g mart muvattupuzha and service person from LG came and replaced a part,charged 2800...2months after that it showed same complaint and again we booked service through our dealer and again they replaced another part and charged 1800,after nearly a month our machine stopped working ,we contacted nandhilath Gmart muvattupuzha to raise our concerns....they replaid ,their duty is only to book service ....they were not willing to hear our concerns....so if you want proper after sale service pls don't go to nandhilath....
I bought one lg washing machine from Nandilath. They charged Rs300 for delivery of the item for less than one km distance instead of free delivery. It's very bad.

Yesterday I visited there and my experience was very bad. No selections of mobile and accessories. only 2,3 barands there also no models . And in the show room there is no Air condition. So i asked staff about this he told ac is not working ... really bad experience .... Regarding crocery section and cooking items nothing is there . Even Though i purchased for around 40000 .Only good thing I feel regarding good communication and support from staff and manager.If we like something they will give same display product because there is no other stock ......
