Bought an electronic item from here. Product price was same as of Amazon after all the discounts. Most discounts they claim are not authentic. Store purchase experience is different than of online.
Today I visited the store for a vaccum cleaner. Wanted a philips, displayed piece only available .I prefer a fresh piece. But I bought that piece.The politeness and behaviour of the staff is so much good .I think it is good to sale a fresh following all Covid - protocol. Ambience good. .
Very bad customer service after we purchase. I purchased a sunblaze gas stove. It's is repaired in one month.. Several times I call them.. But the staff, I don't know who pick the call.. But he.. Say Here not service available after purchase like that... Very very bad behavior..
Experienced commendable customer service support while purchasing the house hold items for my new home. Sales Executive gave me a detailed explanation about the items during my visit. After several comparisons, i found the prices are resonable. Appreciating the follow-up given for the missing inlet pipe for the washing machine.
Had a very bad experience, bought a tv from nandilath, had an issue with tv board due to a natural calamity, the person authorised from samsung was called with reference from nandilath, three times the tv was taken and kept for two Months with them & they billed 4500 rs for the service charge , till now tv has not yet been repaired nor working till date. Customer service need to improve a lot, not good and no responsibility after sale , even though product bought from nandilath
Very good costomer care. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I went to buy an Air Conditioner for my home as I have a newborn baby who is not sleeping at night due to excessive heat. The main drawback I felt as soon as I entered was there is no Air Conditioner in the same place they sell AC. The place was very warm and only had a few fans turned on. All the staff appeared very sweaty and tired. My baby, My Husband and me started sweating as soon as we entered. The place could really do with AC or Central cooling as this is a famous place and it will affect the places reputation. I feel that if staff are happy they will provide much more efficient costumer service. Not that it is bad. Keep up the good work to all staff.
Recently purchased 2 AC's(Voltas) from here. The purchase date was on 19/05/2023 and they delivered the same after two days. But there is a very much delay occured for installation after the delivery date. We frequently contacted the shop and they also repeating the same that technicians will come and installation will done asap.After continuous hectic calls,the technicians arrived after 7 days. But they make up only 1 and the latter one was found to be defective installation. Very bad experience and please dont fall for their words
