There are 4 AC and 8 non-AC double bed cottages. The campus of the cottages is really large and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is available from the adjacent hotel Glen View, which is really good. Giant squirrels are occasional visitors of the garden. Parking area is spacious. The behaviour of the staff is also nice.
Location is very good,but roms are not well maintained. Staffs are also not cooperative . Price is much higher. We paid Rs/- 2500 for aircooled room & got a room with broken bed & acc.to the staffs"itne paise main to aisa hi room ayega".
Paid 3k for a cottage here. The rooms are not well maintained. The bathroom was shabby and almost all fixtures were broken. Location is good but the age of the place shows on this property.
Well these cottages are under construction but they have completed 3 independent cottages ,affordable (one can get it for 1800Rs for night ).staff are very polite make sure to negotiate and currently it dosent have restaurant.
Everything is nice but room service is not available at night. If you want to enjoy a calm and quiet place to spend your time it is the right place for you as it is almost 2 km away from main Pachmarhi city. Two MP tourism restaurant are there which are 50 mtrs away. Both are good. But you have to wait upto 8:30am in the morning to get a cup of Tea.
An amazing ambience wasted to a large extent. Rooms are average with average service. Location is very nice with huge open spaces and mango trees. Maintenance is not good.

AC rooms are very small. Intercoms were not working. There are too many monkeys around. Open area was not in good condition, most of the chairs were broken. Food which came from Nandanvan hotel was the worst food ever.
