First of all, it is not a resort. A small park infront of the lodge doesn't make it a resort. Food was good. Power backup is available. Parking available, security available. But very bad customer service. Room was dirty. The pillows, blankets were smelling of rotten coconut hair oil. Very dirty bathroom/toilet, faulty taps, unusable mirror in bathroom. The kitchen doesn't open until 10-11am. We got the breakfast at 11am after requesting many times. Till 10 am, you won't find anyone to make a cup of tea in that so called restaurant. The guy gave me a phone number to contact if required, but he doesn't pick the calls. Other phone numbers are also the same. They don't accept card payment. They also accept gpay, but still insist to pay in cash. For me, they collected the money in someone else's G-pay account.
Though the location is good, but the place is located in the middle of a bus stop where buses keep coming all the night. You will have to wake up many times over the night due to their horns. Not to mention about the loud music and other noise till midnight.
Overall it was a bad experience. Not going to stay there in future. I would prefer to stay in Jorhat instead.
To the lodge, if you think the above mentioned info is not correct, you have my number you can talk to me for clarification. And somehow if you believe I am right, you can try to realise the meaning of "hospitality services".
Worst experience ever. The food was not as expected. There was fly everywhere in the restaurant area. We ordered Pork curry and chicken dry fry both the dishes was really bad in taste. Waste of money.
For my experiences.. All the lodge room is great with comfort beds and all the needing facilities had been given. And the views and the location is perfect with best point . Wherease there is night buses hotels that if we need any emergencies for the nearest point to travel to guwahati at night time, there is also available here. I really appreciates with the comfort zone with best qualities and services . Thank you so much to @NandanbanResort
One of the worst place in sibsagar and price is too high..also taste is average
Two families driving the Dib-Ghy stretch today (29May2023).
Ordered 2-3 plates of vegetable fried rice at around 0630pm.
The food what they call veg fried rice > rice tossed in oil with badly cut small pieces of carrot. And that was it !!!
Not a single other vegetable
I wouldn't recommend this eating place to my enemies too, it's that bad.
Worst of the worst place to visit. Service was very bad. Same goes to the food.

Comfortable place specially take some rest and a healthy environment here . One can eat anything hear but slightly expensive. Although good. Thanks.
1. Communication skill is not good , 1st they agreed to card payments but at billing time they denied.

2. Food was not good ,, not tasty,, they almost burnt the grilled octopus also pork was half cooked

3. They allow a cat to roam freely in the dine in area ,, everyone may not ok with that ,, i mean i don't liked it .
