I have admitted my relative the doctors are good but very bad experience of care taker Raj Rajeshwari she is demanding for tip money for each visit & very rude... We had very bad experience Hospital management should take a strong action against her

Doctors at this place are good and caring. But the other hospital staff do not care for patients. My father got admitted for one day.We had very bad experience and had to get discharged within 24 hrs. Nursing care is very bad. They don't respond to patient attenders even when we go and call them multiple times. They don't come and change IV fluid bottles. They tell the patient to collect urine sample and the sample will be lying in ward. They billed us for the tests which are not done. When we questioned the reception they said they would refund the amount but they didn't do till date even when we called them up multiple times . Be careful before paying your bills . Kindly go through bill for what they have billed and pay them.

Even a single star rating is not worth for this hospital. One of the worst management ever seen. Its a purely commercial hospital. Government hospitals are far far better than this health care centre. Even few doctors here are money minded rather than service minded. Definitely patients will loose there hard earned money if they get admitted here.

Visited this hospital with my dad. Met Dr Vijay. He is very good and got operated by him. About the hospital. It's on very busy road. Limited parking space. Digital payments were not working. No alternative payments terms was not there. Only cash they were accepting. Hospital was clean and tidy. If parking is full vehicle need to park on roads. But there is no parking boards. Also.

So this is the place where I delivered my baby girl. Please be very careful with the front office and insurance team within their facility. They never explain the procedure to you while you get admitted to the hospital. Only during the discharge time, they raise a bill for room of their choice which was sky high. I had a company insurance which covered only half the bill and the rest i had to pay myself to get discharged. I am raising a complaint to the consumer court and will sue them for it as they never got the declaration form signed by me or my family for a higher room billing. Not everyone will be that detailed during an emergency. Hence please be very careful with their room, billing and insurance. The staff is quite decent and friendly and does a decent job.

Pls everyone don't go to this hospital,very worst staff,they don't even know the proper treatment,we lost our 7yrs boy today after 2days of treatment to their negligence,and more over at last movement they denied saying we don't have ICU pls pls don't go ,only hospital for money

He is a most excellent, wonderful Doctor and is very friendly natured person. As assured by him, he could make the patient to walk successfully the very next day of operation and the patient is very happy. His words of encouragement gave us full confidence in operation process and move further. So we are very much thankful to Dr.Srikanth S.Ieyangar: M.S.(ortho paedics), Trauma and Joint Replacement Surgeon and Dr.Yethiraj B.R: M.S.(Orthopaedics) and for all Doctors and full team of Kaade Hospital unit of Nandana health care hospital, Bengalur. All the hospital facilities including canteen etc. and their full team are cooperative, very excellent in service.

My sister was recently admitted to Nandana health care services. This actually happened when the pandemic disease COVID-19 were all hospitals weren't ready to admit her due to increased body temperature but she was in a very critical situation. She was 1st treated in Fortis then forwarded to Ramaiah then Columbasia which denied her admission. Finally, she was taken to ICU in Nandana health care service ( kade) but here I have not seen single pp kit so you can think abt the measure taken by management against Covid19. Hoping to get good hospitality here I'll definitely write one more review after the treatment is done about the billing, insurance, staff assistance, doctors interaction etc. It's a keen request to all the hospital management to pls not use this as an opportunity to loot patients. But help them with utmost care this is the time to be with patients and not make only money. Thank you hope it makes sense. It would be great if all staff follow necessary measures to prevent covid19 like other Multispeciality hospitals with thermal scanning separate COVID19 test area outside the hospital, with proper pp kit to all the staff inside and outside the hospital. As I have noticed its has more number of an infant child and pregnant women hence I request you to increase measures against COVID
