Very bad experience. We specifically asked and paid for pool. But pool was very dirty. Terrible service and disregard for guest.
Bad stinky rooms, swimming pool was dirty and mud was floating over pool water, dogs were hovering around the pool... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Stayed for a couple of days for a wedding. The rooms are shabby with everything creaking or broken. This includes their executive villas. Service levels are super appalling. Even for basic needs you need to call Front desk multiple times. Avoid at all costs.
This place has excellent location but Pathetically managed! We had a horrible experience visiting this place. You ask for something and wait for eternity for it to come. We visited with family and asked for menu to order lunch, we kept waiting for 1 hour to receive menu and then we decided to eat something outside. This place is very open and has Swimming as only facility but pool is chargeable as per their GM who is heading the staff. These statements keep changing depending upon the situation the senior staff's will. Rooms are not managed well, there are cleaning issues as well as ACs start throwing water when you start them. Also, there are many dogs roaming around within the campus which looks unsafe for kids. Pls go visit this place at your own risk and you have excess money to waste. Apologies for giving 1 star because there is no option for giving zero or negative.
So we stayed here for a competition organised by a college in Bhopal... The resort has no staff available to even clean the rooms....the people at the reception are rude and bossy. The sheets are not clean, some of them had blood stains and the pillowcovers blankets are dusty and old. The resort has a locational disadvantage for the visitors too as it is too far from the main city and there are no cabs available to 3ven get to the city. Hope they make it a better experience for other guests at least.

I would give it 0 stars of possible! We checked in at 5 pm in the evening, and expected our rooms to be ready, the usual check-in time is 10 am. The rooms were in pathetic condition, it took them ages to clean it up. And even then it smelled! We couldn't stand it for more than half an hour. We had to immediately check out. Tried searching for resorts nearby and luckily got a room at Graces. Please avoid this place at all costs!
We went on holi and we were committed the permissions to use pool without colors but when we reached there the pool was already dirty with colours in it. Food was not good, hotel staff service was very late back. Rooms were full of dust not hygiene at all.
