Deoghar district (Santali: ) is one of the twenty-four districts of Jharkhand state in eastern India, and Deoghartown is the administrative headquarters of this district. This district is known for the Baidyanath Jyotirlinga shrine. This district is part of Santhal Pargana division. Deoghar is a Hindi word and the literal meaning of 'Deoghar' is abode ('ghar') of the Gods and Goddesses ('dev'). Deoghar is also known as "Baidyanath Dham", "Baba Dham", "B. Deoghar".

Best place for you and your loved one's. Just bring some ""Mudhi"" and throw in water to see small fishes around you as like in uploaded pics.

It was a very good experience bcz. I loved this boat rides , the cost was also very cheap only Rs50/- for 1 boat . The sunset scene was very admirable. Please visit once in a life accept this , the Nandan pahar is also best destination for tourists.

Very good for toddlers and young ones. They will love it. Lot of physical activity to do. Have even bike and car ride for young ones. They will surely love it. Even the couples and friends go there. Lots of space available. Which can be used for installing other rides. It's good according to place. But it has lots of scope to make this place more joyful and thrilling. Could only be able to took one picture after that my battery died.

I m fine and good Deoghar district is a very nice and all plateform here........ Also Deoghar Jharkhand is famous for Baba Baidhnath temple Deoghar it is very old temple and mystries think.......

Nice view ...good place to hangout and spend some time with loved one .. Need some serious attention of tourism department.. proper boating insfra needed.. No of boats are only 4 ..so on holidays waiting time may be more than 30 40 minutes.
