The rooms here are great and overall experience of hotel is also great. But the restaurant here is very bad and they don't have buffet if you'll call you get yes as an answer but no buffet also the taste and quality of the food degraded after the property is owned by M Square hotel and resorts(earlier it was Surya hotels which was great) .

Worst services ever experienced in the hotel ..they just need to charge money for every single thing ,but doesn't want to give services food quality was ok but service is very slow .hotel has electricity issue also atleast the light has gone for about 20-25 times and takes more than 10 minutes Overall I was very dissatisfied with the hotel services

I was disappointed by the bad behavior of the manager and team during our call to book the event. Their high attitude and use of foul language was unacceptable. Pro tip: It is important for your team to learn how to engage with customers properly. It will help you to sustain your business. NK team - please understand that your resort is not the only one on the planet. People are not fools and they know the value of what you offer. Your prices are too high.

Nice pool, atmosphere is pleasant and party type on Sunday pool side... Good buffet... Ample parking space with big playground and located on main road ..

Great hotel with superb amenities and rooms also too pricey to afford.

The property is easy to locate as it's bang on the highway. We found the staff is polite and the restaurant food taste is good. We ordered paneer sizzler, and paneer kurcharan. We stayed on the way to Ujjain. Recommend for staying here. If an opportunity arises, staying at the property again will be appreciated.

A pretty good place for spending a weekend. It's also a nice place for spending a night if you're on the way to-and-from Delhi, it's right next to the highway and is close to the Indore bypass. You can wake up late and still not get caught up in the city traffic. Aside from that the food is awesome albeit a bit pricey because it's a resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, would recommend getting the suite. The extra money is well worth the attached balcony and living room.
