Quiet getaway with Nice value of money meals and stay. Good for a family or friends picnic. Nice pool however, maintenance of the pool should be done more frequently.

This is an hidden gem.. and literally so.. it's so intune with nature and wilderness that don't be surprised to spot wild creatures co-sharing your living space. Johnson is a great host.. amazing food and great arrangements. It's a family friendly space.. and recommend to go here in groups so that it's not so weird for the city-dwellers to get scared of the wild animals.
It's very rare I write a reviews. I only write only when I find it overwhelming. So this from year 2016-2019 we had to travel and stay for 10-15 days in sawantwadi twice in a year. We were looking for a peaceful and out from chaos of city and homestay kind of place. SOMETHING LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I came across this place on Google. This was beyond my expectations.We never missed home made food even for a single day. Right from breakfast to dinner and stay everything was just perfect. We stayed for 3 years and had best time. Thank you so much for serving us with love and utmost care. The owner is one kind woman and she is always available on call whenever needed.

We stayed here for a night. It is very serne surrounded by greenery. People are helpful and serve good homemade food. It's bit away from city around 1.5 km. So if you intend to go to city frequently and don't have a car, it would be difficult

Had been to Nandan farm stay, Sawantwadi last week, a group of 13 , enjoyed the overnight stay, clean rooms , exellent food and breakfast, very kind hospitality. Something defferent to experience of yesteryears. A real nice place to relax and refresh your mind.
