One of the best home stay to stay in Udaipur. Feels like home away from home. Rooms are maintained very neatly. Mr and Mrs Monodeep Nanda are very helpful in providing the guidance and assistance towards the City. Never miss the poha for the breakfast here. Its is so yummy, feels like not to have lunch at all. Worth for the money.

Nice place, good clean rooms. The owner is very friendly, caring and informative about the city places. It comes handy when you plan to roam around the places in the city. Only one thing strange..that is if you are 6 to 7 ppl travelling, all of them need to provide their Aadhar ID and mobile numbers and signatures. I would suggest this to be revised as other hotels only take details from one person. Apart from that would recommend the stay at this place.

You get a great mix of a home stay where you have Mr and Mrs. Nanda to talk to and also the privacy of a hotel according to your preference. Its away from the hustle bustle of Udaipur in a quieter part of the town. Its also very clean and well maintained. All in all, a great place to stay for solo as well as group travelers. For females travelling alone this is a very nice, comfortable and safe place to stay and the owners will help you out with everything.

An excellent place for staying in Udaipur with wonderful hosts. This is more like a homestay with clean and cosy bedrooms, clean bathrooms with instant geysers, personal touch and great hospitality from the hosts. Located very close to the Udaipur bypass makes this place easily accessible.

Just visit this place and you will feel like you are at your home. The owner here is the best host I have ever seen. You will get Home cooked food here and a lot of love and hospitality. 6th June 2019, We booked two rooms, this was my second visit at same place. based on first visit experience i preferred Nanda villa again. now what happened. Mr. nanda and his family was also on trip to Kedarnath. He planned such way that he would came back prior to two days before our booking dates. but in spite of all tries he reach on the same day of our booking. but he was in contact with me on whole way. when we reach there the rooms was ready. He was so tired and almost not in condition of even talk just because he drove right from kedarnath to Udaipur. I must appreciate because unhone sab kuch acchese manage kiya and not a single time we feel he was tired. Hates off Mr,. Nanda. and thank you for such wonderful hosting.

Good budget accommodation away from the crowd of udaipur. Host, Mr Nanda and family, is very warm and helpful. The place is simple and clean, nothing fancy. All that one needs
