Very High price with less quantity, not satisfactory even for a single person . Rs100 for a half plate chawmin, avg price in Balasore is 60-70 So not at all recommending to anyone

Food is tasty but service is very bad. They kept children as worker who is very unprofessional. The children dropped half glass of water on my food while refilling the glass of other consumer on the same table. I left my food with paying full of my bill because I don't want to create a sin so that the boy may scolded. Writting this review because I think the owner should think about not to keep children as worker.

Best mutton Kassa in town with good meal options. Lunch thalis in the lunch hour and fast-food in the evening. Price is less good quality food Service is also good Waiters are good in terms of behaviour Call for the type of mutton pieces you will get that..

Such an amazing place to have a authentic mutton. I would definitely recommend those who all are coming to Balasore must try this though I am not a mutton lover still I can say the taste of mutton is so different and yummy thanks to the entire team of Nana hotel for maintaining the taste all the best to you guys

Good things: The taste was good. The location looks good, too. Both outdoor and indoor dining. Bad things: One of the staff was very rude to me. They don't know how to treat customers. The hygiene is not good. Seriously, the chef was cooking the food with sweating, and i got to see the sweat falling into the food. Consider the above and decide.

Food is not at all good...they serve cold and stale food through zomato and swiggy app...stuffing quantity are also very less...food is not at all according to price...so disappointed

Little busy hotel according to the price ,food is okay okay taste wise and quantity wise but staff were not so professional but overall is good .
