Namsing Restaurant cum dhaba - Restaurant in Dhakuakhana, Gohain Handique - Lakhimpur, India

If you happen to travel to Dhakuakhana or Majuli this place is perfect for a lunch break. Situated just next to highway with a front view of lush green paddy field. Run by a young owner this place offers good quality authentic assamese cuisines. Prices are reasonable, quality and quantity of food is great . I ordered veg Thali with pork dry fry (220 buck). Couldn't finish the pork fry as the quantity was for two people hence packed the leftover. Piece of advice; . *The black dal (matimaah) need more cooking time. *Staff need to be more professional.

Unfortunately, my recent visits to this restaurant have not been up to par. The food quality has been lacking and it's clear that some corners are being cut in the kitchen. On top of that, the waiting time has been extreme - I've had to wait for over an hour for my food to arrive on more than one occasion. While I have had positive experiences at this restaurant in the past, I can't recommend it in its current state. The decline in food quality and service is disappointing and not worth the time or money. I hope the restaurant can take steps to improve these issues, but until then, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better dining experience.

Good place to hang out with friends it's located at a distance of around 1km from Dhakuakhana Town, this restaurant provies a variety of traditional , Indian and Chinese cuisines, good quality of interiors, good staff, hygienic place to hang out with friends and family. Cabin facility is also available.

I love this dhaba from that time when I visit it first time. Whenever I go to Dhakuakhana i always go to this dhaba Service are good atmosphere is good and food is good and taste
