Hands down the best yoga in the city.Mahi Sir is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuine person. His directions are clear and precise so you're not looking up to check you're doing the right thing. He's very observant, constantly checking your positioning. His classes are truly for all levels, and although you've worked hard you'll somehow come out relaxed. The best part of Nammastey yoga studio is adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. It is truly wonderful and I feel very fortunate to join such a great studio.Highly recommend their classes, which has become one of the things I look forward to most every week!
Mahi Sir is an amazing teacher. He explains every step with a lot of clarity giving in depth knowledge about asanas. Have been practising yoga for about 3 months now with Nammastey yoga studio of Yoga and this journey has been great. They have online classes as well so anyone willing to start on this journey can join. Highly recommended!
