Namita travel agency was the best travel agency. It was a great experience we had in our days trip to char dham. Food as well as accommodation was very good.

We had very bad experience with this travels. He said he will provide food but he didn't provide food also while booking he said during night no travelling but throughout tour he forced us to do night travelling in hill roads for 8-10hrs everyday and he didn't provide separate rooms also we stayed 4-6 people in one room. He even moved our luggage from the room without informing us and checkout the rooms at Kedarnath. He even didn't cover all the places which were included in our tour package. I recommend not to go with this travels very very bad experience overall.

Traveling was very good.All the hotels and food was very nice. All registration and other services like helicopters etc all provided as said. The tour organizers Mr Manoj Negi is a great man and provided us with all the facility and things that were required in this whole rush.

I booked custom char dham yatra with Namita Travels (Manoj Negi). Made a bank transfer of 12000 rs as advance on 23rd March 2022 for travel between 20th and 31st May 2022. He gave me a full package of 12 days innova and 2 rooms for 11 night. Payments were offered in time. He never produced any proof of hotel booking till end. He assured me that in char dham travel times are unpredictable so he has tentative booking in all hotels (3 star hotels). When I reached Haridwar, he gave hotel that was not as per the agreed list (2 star). He asked me for full payment in Haridwar. Because of his suspicious activity, I asked him to confirm hotel names to me as per the list. He then showed his true color. He said he gave names randomly of famous hotels. These hotels are very expensive. It can not be worked out. I threatened him with complaint. He said I will come with you in police station. Never trust a single word of this guy Manoj Negi. Completely untrustworthy. I went through a very rough time with spot booking of all hotels during this super peak time and landed up paying double the amount in basic hotels. I will make complaint of Namita Travels with Uttarakhand Tourism department. Ashwin Agrawal Nagpur

Namitha travels is very bad travel agency. As he has promised , he did not provide proper room accomodation and offered each room for 4 to 5 different kind of people . Food arrangement is also not good and in phone correspondence he did not respond well. Overall experiance is very bad. No body will choose this travel agency . If else they will have very bad experiance.

One of the worst service they provide(Manoj Negi-Namita Travels). No planning, no prior intimation of where to stay, in which hotel there would be stay. In 10 days they will provide food maximum for 4-5 days as we will be traveling and so they will not provide food that day. He will tell he will provide stay at kedarnath, but at last he will not give anything and if we say anything, everytime he Will tell sir plz cancle kr lo.. He will take full money at the start of the trip and you will be completely helpless after that. He will assign one manager for more than 4-5 groups at once and so it will be totally a chaotic trip with him. You will have to daily fight with him for the next day stay, food etc.

Best experience of complete Cham Dham Yatra with food and accommodation at reasonable price. Manoj Negi is the person who stands on his words in-terms of assured things. Best hotels, delicious food and safety tour.

Possibility was not there for a zero star rating so that is why I was giving a one star rating Pathetic service from Namita Travels(Manoj Nagi) who stated that we will be providing comfort boarding and etc before payment , but that's all a big fraud. Booked for my parents and their colleagues Booked date from (13th May 2022 - 22nd May 2022), I am writing this review during their vacation only, all of them were suffering as of now pathetic service and don't ever try to contact Namita travels ever and ever and also I'm guessing that these reviews which already exists were something like a paid reviews or their colleagues or friends who reviewed them Do not encourage this kind of travels ever never
