The guy who serves the food are local...too slow to serve the food and once it is finished, we have to wait for a long time to pay the bill...it is like a one man show, the servant and the counter guy are the same. We just have to wait more time to make payment. Food quality also reduced, they served super quality food at the beginning, now I should say the quality reduced but still a good food you can have from here when compared to other hotels

Mostly, palada payasam will be available for dinner if you ask for it

Very good food but very bad service. I must say the owners should give proper training to their staff. Also take a training for yourself too about how to handle a customer. Had to wait for plate , had to wait for food and had to wait even to pay. And I was one of the two customers in the entire restaurant . Even the owner was too busy talking to his friend. So please take care of service if you wanna last long. By the way food was very good and pricing also affordable. Kudos to that

Authentic Kerala meals with tasty palada. Quality of food is excellent. They charge 100 rs for meals with payasam. Considering the quality of the food the rate is good.

Tastes like home cooked food. Typical Kerala meals. If taking parcel, ask them to pack every item separately. They do accept UPI payment as well. All in all good.

Yum palakkadan breakfast.To rate a veg restaurant you just have to taste the Sambar and thats spot on. They have the traditional menu for morning and lunch , Masala Dosa was delicious and the side chutneys. Yet to experience lunch course which i will update later Altogether a neat and clean veg restaurant to look out in ongallur pattambi. Lunch is served everyday except Sundays. Could see more flow of people for lunch nowadays. They do serve payasam on demand.

Best best the best...I have not tasted a better hotel food than this ..went accidentally on the way route to guruvayoor..was lunch time..nice meals in banana leaf with all dishes..sambhar was great and also moru curry...palada was the highlight in payasam. Got 1 packet palada for parents too. Took their lemon pickle packed..omg that was awesome..will again visit next time..will buy more pickles,payasam and shall try dosas too...very very neat clean and homely atmosphere..no words to describe..must try..don't miss this homely authentic palakkad veg food
