Super fun class, great music Fantastic energy and refreshing grooves and great moves...Easy to follow and the instructor really got us into it! Great class! Really good music, friendly people, cool studio and (of course) a Nidhi Ma'am fab teacher...!!!

Namaste studio is best for yoga and zumba. In addition to fitness you may feel positive atmosphere with one of the best trainer nidhi mam,she is very energetic. I had suffered from severe migraine problem, within 2 months I feel relaxed and my problem reduces to 50%. Saturday sessions are best with fitness and fun.
