I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The receptionist was incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze. The overall ambience was delightful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The highlight for me was the reasonably priced food, which I found to be delicious. The culinary offerings added to the positive experience, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant and budget-friendly stay.
The only good thing about this place is that it is on the dot on the beach. Period.
Reaching this place is a task in itself. There is no proper parking. You have to leave your vehicle some 200-250 meters away on a narrow stretch of road. Walk through fields and on a bunch of poles acting like a bridge with your luggage to reach this place. The fields overflowed due to rains and we had to walk through the water in the dark.
Rooms are small and cockroaches can be seen roaming in the rooms.
Absolutely avoid this place if you are with your family which includes kids or elderly people.
Seaside beach resort which is close to this looks better than this.

Excellent place to stay just in front of main beach. Only drawback is parking not available you have to park roadside 500 m away.for that also staff very supportive they will handle luggage. Food also very good
Nice location rooms and service...parking is not available... Staff happily carries luggage for you. Difficult to get into transport if you are going by minibus or tempo as roads are very narrow.
This place was a blessing in disguise for us as we were desperate to find a pet friendly aircondition accommodation while staying in Gokarna.
Pros: Location is right on the beach with delicious spread of cuisine. The staff is extremely cooperative and kind. Rooms and toilets are considerably clean.... remember you are not checking inn a 5 star.
Cons: Car parking is not available. One has to park on the main beach car park ....approx 1km walk to the property or at the rear on the side of a main road.....5 mins walk.

Restaurant Manager who went beyond his line of work to help us recover our car which got stuck at the beach....he was certainly a guardian angel. A selfless & polite gentlemen.
Pathetic excuse for a home stay. There is no parking facility so your vehicle is at risk. The staff are lazy and are useless.
The rooms are OK but the linen and bed sheets were soiled and smelled awful.
Parking is far away 10 mins from resort which is limited space in shrubs (risk of rats) and you have to carry luggage all the way to resort.
Moreover the approach road to resort from main road is through fields with no lights (risk of snakes etc if you come at night to resort)
Avoid if you are driving your own vehicle or you have elderly people with you.
As such they or their website does not give clear idea of above issue. Beware before booking

The hotel is on the main beach. Quite dark at night and can enjoy a quiet beach stroll. The rooms were very hygienic and especially washrooms. The service also good but not many breakfast options in the cafe attached to the stay.
