Namastay Welcome Home - Hotel in Gaya - Gaya, India

My closest friend was visiting our family and we both had made plans for a religious pilgrimage to Gaya. I was very particular about finding us a great place near railway station to stay for a night and a day. Namastay hotel exceeded our expectations. It's a spacious property that is really close and visible from the railway station. Rooms are really nice and spacious and the staff aren't really commercial but really care about the guests! For instance, for our extra time during the day, Mr Jaikishan gave us a very reasonable deal with genuine empathy and professionalism!!

We had visited Gaya to perform pind daan of your late relatives and this hotel came to our rescue at the last moment. It's bang outside the Gaya railway station, hence, super convenient. The rooms were huge with clean linen and the staff was very well mannered. The restaurant served delicious food. Special thanks to Angad Kumar, Nitish Kumar and Om Prakash for making our stay comfortable. Bonus: The hotel even arranged a car and a driver for us and they even connected us with a pandit for hassle-free puja in Gaya. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay if you are visiting gaya. The property is hardly 200 mts from gaya railway station. rooms are very big and clean. Washrooms are clean. Only if amenities were little more better it could be a 4 star hotel. But other wise it's a recommended property.

Experienced No water for 5 hours in hotel. Pathetic experience. Staff informed that it will be rectified in 10 mins but at last was shifted to another room. Bathroom kit not given. Towels not given Tv not working Top floor party causes huge disturbances and the beats create annoyance during sleep . Not a pleasant experience.

One of the best in town. Staffs are very supportive and courteous, neat and very spacious rooms, top location, great food . If you are looking for a room in gaya must try this place.. NAMASTEY

location is perfect and rooms are average. service needs a lot of improvement. quite a hassle in getting drinking water and tv in working condition. however the issue resolved after intervention.average

I am extremely happy with this hotel as Mr Jai Kishan did not make me feel that I'm at an unknown city, his hospitality was enough to assure me that I was not wrong while choosing NAMASTAY as my stay in the home city of Buddha. Definitely recommend you and your family to visit this super amazing hotel:) Cheers

Booked 2 nights: Really have many problem from this hotel. Positive: + Close with railway station. + Close with minimart, restaurant. + Comfortable bed. + Foods at hotel really delicious. Negative: - We arrived at 22h30 at hotel need to wait more than 15-20 mins for check-in. - I asked to pay room when we arrived because we will check-out early at 06h30 a.m. but the guy say no, we can pay when we check-out. So when we check-out we found 1 guy and he did not understand 1 word of English and he let us pay for just for food. So we have to find the way to pay after. We are foreigner so need to ask friend to pay for us. - Room very dirty. Low standard cleaning for this hotel. - TV is not working. No TV box cannot watch anything. - Bad service mind of reception. - Door is not really safety just 1 lock.
