Location is very good and the Natural hotel ambience makes you feel that you are in a tourist place . Only problem is the water seepage from the bathroom and ceiling during monsoon. The natural ambience and the courteous behaviour of the staffs .
Food is good but manager is not Committed Person. He came in to our office and offer room for lunch and discounting In bill of 10% but when we Attend the Party he give room but not give 10%. I Am unhappy with this side.

Worst service and staff I have ever meet. My husband was fed up taking to that rude Night Manager, who said your booking isn't confirm and didn't even gave us stay that night. With my family (kids and Old) in the past midnight we were horribly shocked seeing his behaviour ( non supportive and with arrogant) I will never recommend that stay to anyone specially if it's late evening or night and with Family.
Bad services, no management is there, totally waste of money , false promises made by the manager and nothing is as per expectations , decoration is worst don't organise any parties here please choose any other restaurant nd give value of ur money bcoz your money is valuable and not worth it for this restaurant
The food is balant. Not much taste came from main course, snacks are good though. Waiter service is poor, very very poor, took like 15 minutes for bringing one onion, i nearly finished my food and then the onion came which i asked at the start. The door is very close to table, and it is both side open, whether push or pull, so when a waiter goes outside he pushes the gate outside and then the gate comes back in with pressure and it struck you, everytime they barge outside they open gate very fast and then gate (it has spring to automatically close) came right back inside which will definitely struck you if you are sitting at table. Nearly every waiter act in a way that you are afraid that if they didnt like anything about you then they are definitely going to spit on your food.
