Namami Ganges Beach Resort & SPA - Resort hotel in Shivpuri, Dhunar Gaon - Tehri Garhwal, India

We recently had an unforgettable stay at Namami Ganges. From the moment we arrived the exceptional service and attention to detail impressed me. The room was very well maintained and quite good in size. Outstanding culinary experiences exceeded all expectation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. With its prime location it's the perfect choice for an extraordinary stay. Highly recommended.

This is probably one of my all-time favorite places on planet Earth. I love the comfort of the rooms, the monkey antics, the quality massages, the food, and the service. Mostly, I love the beach along the Mother Ganga and bathing daily. I've been here 2 times and it only got better with time. I would live here if I could.

We enjoyed your hospitality and overall resort ecosystem. Ms. Rajni madam and other staff was very generous and cordial. Highly Recommended for family visits.

I dealt with these guys for a wedding planning and the team (god knows if it's front desk or marketing etc) is absolutely inhuman, un-empathetic and absurdly cold. They had no shame and courtesy to accept or refuse during negotiations but all they wanted was to close the deal and had the audacity to ask us to reduce the count. I mean wow! What a place to host a wedding or a party! Sorry to say but Never in my life, I would recommend anyone to have their special day in the hands of these people.

It is a good property with good view of Gangaji. One can walk to Gangaji from this property. Staff was courteous. Their breakfast spread was also good. We stayed there for 2 Nights. I occupied room 308 & was disappointed with the layout. While sitting in room one can see silhouette of the person using washroom...which was weird & awkward. They should put a blind atleast. Mr.Naveen at front desk was helpful.

Service and food was very good and the staff too.. The view was good but the room was okish.. According to the price the room should be better..

Location is Gud other then that all the basic amenities are miising Rooms are stinking and the odour of the spray is too hard ... had kept the rooms door open for a gud sleep Front staff is quite helpful As far as food is concerned the quality of the food is too low considering the prices The non availability of the food specially the desserts You can keep on asking the food items but seems the mgt keeps there focus on the cost cutting

The location of the resort is the high point. In terms of services - Kiran who manages the food catering was splendid and very adaptive to the requirements. The low point was the swimming pool, not at all managed. The clean ups doesn't happen on daily basis - heard the clean up doesn't happen it because takes 12-14 hours so we don't do it. This is something that they need to work on.
