Nondescript from outside but surprisingly well maintained and clean inside. Run by a mostly lady staff and the food tastes just as homely. Had meals and picked Kakka Toran and Aiyla varathathu from a selection of sea food dishes. Hopefully try the Kanava toran next. Special mention - Really liked the seating. The chair was at the perfect height to the table. All solid wood furniture. No uncomfortable misaligned plastic chairs and wonky metal tables here!
Good option for meals near korani area. Fish varieties available. Meals and curries were good and tasty. The fish varieties were also good. Service is done by elderly ladies and was pleasant in their duties. Would recommend it to people who love meals.

Excellent and very cheap aswell.. Had a lunch meal.. And was awsum.. Meals for 70 which include kappa and fish gravy too. And obviously chammathi, and the pickle oh man thatz unbelievably good. Fish lovers can rush to this place as they offer no meat but only fish items. And note the point that not too many varieties.. They provide limited variety but fresh fish. Tried their squid and savoured too great. It cost 60 rs. Mc road travelers try vazhiyorakada, similarly NH travelers from Trivandrum would luv this place. Its located just before korani junction. 100 metre before korani from tvm to be exact. Won't be disappointed go for it guys. Will be a frequent visitor then.
The food is nice. Good traditional food served in banana leaves. Authentic. But the atmosphere is so crowded and I don't felt comfortable there. Food is so delicious. Budget friendly.
Food is ok but not to say excellent.Only 2,3 ladies staff so in peek time very difficult to sit and order heavy rush limited seats some time we have to stand and wait to get the seat.parking imited
Used to have a homely feel when they were operating from their house. Now they have shifted their business to a new building due to road expansion. You don't get to enjoy the homely atmosphere now, but that doesn't bring any change in taste to the home cooked meals. Still one of the most affordable place for lunch and breaksfast in attingal
