Worst hostel I have ever seen. It's like a rat box, congested rooms with less hygiene. Foods are very bad, no taste, quality and quantity just eats because of hunger The owner is rude and her priority is rent money. For any service or complaint we should call many times to make it possible

Good customer service and food menu. Wifi available. Room cleaning service also gd. Neat rooms . Bore well water available 24x7

Better than many other hostels in tvm...Average Food,Free wifi,customer service,purified water,etc are available in an affordable rate...Good for students and working people...Just inform them before a month when vacating so that you can easily collect caution deposit back too....personally i had a nice stay for almost 9 months...Check your rooms before getting admission.

Very pathetic rooms. No arrangement or place for hanging dress . No shelfs very small and congested rooms. Food is not at all good except lunch. No bed will provide. But they taken caution deposit for that, asked many times to provide a bed but didn't gave. The owner lady is very rude and cultureless talk. Not recommended..low quality food surroundings are ugly. No tea and cofee. Selfish management..

For the guys , who are planning to take a room here listening the prosperous lecture given to you by the management.... Don't fall for it, you will be disappointed. From my personal experience, i have had the worst experience from the management side. Yeah,They will give you a manager number just like some professionals for complaints and needs of the inhabitants of this hostel, but if you reach this particular number you will only get a person to talk with and nothing is going to change about your needs. Another main disaster is one of the lady in the management top. This one tends to put all the problems in your head , whoever is complaining and make you think yourself as a problem ,very funny right ,yes but its the sad reality. In case of rent , if you go to your home in the weekend (2 days) and you are not in need of that food as you know, but you are bound to give the money of that food too ; and there will be a "you just vacate from here" dialogue if you ask about this to the management. Infact if you raise your voice aganist them, they defame you by putting voice messages to all their hostel groups even saying your name and pin you as a caution in front of others. NB :Just take a note on these points and ask somebody who have been in this hostels for atleast 2 months and prove me wrong.

Wifi facility available. Food quality is adequate, but quantity is questionable, especially when it comes to vegetables and curries provided with lunch. (6 days non-veg means one tiniest of the fish, in one of the three meals. Expect anything more, and you'll be highly disappointed.) No warden or caretaker. Complaints and requests are to be conveyed through phone which will be attended once in a blue moon. Dont fall in the eloquent introductory speech given to you. They will give you a lot of promises, but wont be kept, and have to pester the management for weeks or even months to at least acknowledge the fact that they made the promise. See the room for yourself, and if a facility exists at that time then it is okay, but if they say it will be provided within a week after you move in, believe me, you wont be getting it for at least the next 6 months. Food delivery times are inconsistent. Drinking water is not provided regularly, and need to ask repeatedly for it. Cleaning especially toilet cleaning is not done regularly. The only punctual thing is Rent collection. Lots of hidden charges and absurd reasons for charging extra amounts and fines. Message some complaint in the hostel whatsapp group, you will attract a penalty. Use a laptop, they will levy an extra 200-300 amount. Caution deposit of Rs2000 (Rs1500 refundable + Rs500 non refundable) is collected when moving in but it is far more difficult than receiving a government grant to get the "refundable" Rs1500 back when you move out. Consider the whole Rs2000 gone if you dont have enough time to beg or you vacate in a hurry, and dont ever think about getting the money send to you over google pay (or any other UPI), even though rent is collected through it.
