Park is very nice but if you o with your family u can little bit feel uncomfortable because u can see all couples are sitting intimetly ..

Very very poorly maintained this place..... Please repair properly and clean the area properly..... otherwise it is a mosquito breeding area ..... The lake side is full of big water hyacinth... May be the bridge was broken

Situated in the heart of Kolkata, in Sec V area, this is just an awesome place. You can definitely come loved ones to have great evening time over here. Benfish restaurant is also and they serve some amazing dishes. Few pics that we had taken.

Good points: low entry fees, (30 Rs per head), good restaurant having a very nice scenic view while dining by the side of the bheri, some good viewpoints inside park during sunset. Negetive points: 1 There is no clear way to know which is the main entrance gate for the park. Several gates are there but those are dedicated for different access points like gate 1 for park entrance, gate 3 for restaurant etc. Even though all gates are nearby, lack of proper sign boards at each gate with purposes should have been there to make better clarity. 2. This park is very small. So, you will feel too crowded if people start visiting even in less numbers. As this park is having less area, the number of seat benches are also limited. 3. Not well maintained at all inside park. Cleanliness is a point that has to improve. 4. No parking area nearby.

If you're looking for a place to go with your kids, friends or someone else then you can surely go here. You'll enjoy your day but this place does not have any unique rides. Also the maintainance is becoming average day by day. There is no special attraction but the lake view is awesome.

It's a great place to relax for a few hours after office. Nothing much inside, couples can also visit to spend some quality time. The swans are aggressive , so be careful.
