This hotel looks quite lavish from the outside, the entrance, lobby, the elevator . All good. But when it comes to rooms - the beds feel rough, towels feel like they're too old ones, the bathroom and it's fittings are all old fashioned (doesn't make u feel fresh). Even OYO's and Treebos are far better but when it comes to the locality it's really a good place to be.

I would say they are amazing... Gives you an antique, rustic experience.. the rooms are so spacious and the food is amazing.

Good things: Room size is big, food is tasty. Bad things: Upkeep is terrible. Everything from furniture to door windows are aging and rotting. Bad smell in the room. All appliances are old and in bad condition. Toiletries and tea coffee supplies are third grade. Service is poor.

This is damn good place to stay near to Majestic that too with best affordable rate! Perfect ambience superb service and excellent location

It looks good hotel only from outside, interior of rooms are worst, service is very poor. Staff is very arrogant. I have booked 2 rooms for 4 days, after 3 days they told me to vacate the rooms as they have another booking. I have to rush to nearby hotel and booked the room. Very terrible experience as my family also suffered due to their mismanagement. Mr. Josef was very arrogant and not at all co-operative.

One of the oldest hotels in the city. Well maintained and friendly staff. Location is perfect since it's in the centre of the city.

Positive: Location Negative: Room was beaten and broken fixtures. Needs lots of revision and replacements.

It's a well maintained property even though the building is pretty old. The staff is really nice and friendly. Had a smooth check in and check out. The stay was amazing.
