Nalanda Mod - Historical landmark in Nalanda - Nalanda, India

A very well maintained and historical place. Many structures were ruined but still you can get a feel of architecture and town planning. The ticket price is reasonable. No food plaza is inside. So, eat something before you enter inside. It may take around 1-2 hours depending on exploring alone or with a guide.

It was worth the visit. Got to learn alot about our rich heritage. Tickets are very affordable and the place is really clean and well maintained.

Must visit for very Indian. First university in the world to exist which catered to the world. This was the centre of knowledge teaching variety of subjects ranging from medicine to Astronomy. And a fun fact this had the acceptance rate of less than 10%. And one should definitely visit to know how our precious knowledge was destroyed.

This is a beautiful heritage of India, I felt very happy to visit here
