Good stay and rooms , it is also inside the town easy to find and good food also Good customer service and also pickup service. Rooms are well cleaned and good room service. Morning breakfast is also good . Business travel is can make restplace. And affordable also ac and non AC rooms are available.good resting place while traveling.

Second visit and 24 hours checkin is a blessing for travellers. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Restrooms are spacious and clean. Hot water is available. In house restaurant serves good food. Ideal location with ample parking space. Curteous staff.

Very good hotel. I booked a 1 bedroom (non AC) because I didn't have the time to wait for 2 hours since all the rooms were taken. Cleanliness was amazing. TV service was provided. Peaceful location,so you won't hear any traffic noises etc. There's the Palakkad Fort as well,which is of a walkable distance (750m exactly). And then we were able to visit the iconic Malampuzha Dam,which we took an auto from right outside the hotel. Autos are of reasonable price as well. Very good food as well,quality service from the waitresses who are very attentive !! I have no doubts that the AC rooms will be of the finest quality from this very convenient hotel.

rooms are avarage...ac was working fine...bed is not at all comfortable ..this was my third time in nalanda ...washroom is dirty..closet and washbasin tap is not cleaned..full of stains like public toilet...washbasin was leaking from bottom side..the most hilarious thing is complimentary breakfast...they will give u a 100 rs coupen for each person at their own restaurant ..nd we can use dat for the below average food der. omg chappathi and ghee roast wer pathetic..if this is the standard of go stays den nothing to say more...dey charged for a coffee and tea which we wer not requested ..nd we thought it was complimentary ...there are better place available in palakkad for this price... below average

Rooms were not that highly maintained. It's not a double bed instead they added two single beds which moves apart while lying on them.

Recently I have visited Palakkad for my business purpose and stayed in Nalanda Inn ,I must say it is beautiful experience from walkin to walkout Gentle Behaviour of staff especially Mr.anish and everyone .The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds And even food is very tasteful ,the level of hygene inside rooms they maintaining are appreciable and If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Palakkad,i recommend this and for sure will visit next time ....

A good place lodge that has decent service and clean. Since the hotel is adjacent to our room, we placed order through room service. Had issues with wifi connectivity, but got fixed in the next day. They got ample parking space. The price is bit higher. They don't have lift. So if you got old people with you, you can call them and get a room allotted in First floor.

Very comfortable stay at Nalanda Inn.The rooms are near and tidy and large enough for two people . Wooden almirah and drawers give the room a charming look.
