My first visit to an archaeological wonder and that too which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It was just out of this world.. One of most well known University of ancient India, built during Gupta period, that helped the India to achieve the title of "Vishwa Guru". A must visit recommendation if you are into the rich history and splendor of ancient India. Every single thing will blow your mind with its grandness and fine architecture. Also, the ticket charge for Indian tourists is only 40 rupees, so it's an easy take. If possible, hire a guide to understand the things properly, they also charge less than 200-300.. Last word: Magnificent

I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Nalanda Excavated Site, and it left me in awe of India's rich history and heritage. The site is a treasure trove of knowledge and spirituality, with its ancient ruins and serene surroundings. Walking through the remnants of this ancient center of learning was a truly humbling experience. The well-preserved ruins, including the stupas and monasteries, transport you back in time to a place of profound scholarship and enlightenment. The museum on-site provides fascinating insights into Nalanda's history and the intellectual pursuits that once thrived here. The artifacts on display are a testament to the brilliance of the scholars who graced these halls. The peaceful ambiance of the Nalanda Excavated Site is perfect for contemplation and reflection. It's a must-visit for history enthusiasts, spiritual seekers, and anyone looking to connect with India's incredible past. The site is well-maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this cultural gem to all travelers. Nalanda Excavated Site is not just a place; it's a journey through time and knowledge that you won't want to miss. #Nalanda #History #Heritage #Enlightenment #IncredibleIndia

Nalanda reflects the stature and prowess of India. But, Unfortunately, fanaticism ruins the well-established university. Do you know Oxford and Cambridge were in their primitive form when Nalanda was burning? Anyway, come to the point. Every Indian must visit this place because Nalanda is the most valuable intangible asset of our country and need to revive its past glory. And then you come to know the importance of Nalanda.
