Doctor is good despite that 1 star due to their hospitality billing and pharmacy waiting and no proper channel is followed

Nalam Hospital is the best . The room maintenance was superb . The doctors were very kind and easily approachable . I would like to make a special note on Dr.Priyadharshini mam . She is a highly skilled doctor , I would like to compare her with mother Theresa in her kindness . All the nurses were very pleasant and positive. The hospital gave us a positive vibe and a hope to recover soon . The statue of lord Ganesha at the entrance gave us a hope. Wish you all the best in your endeavors.

Worst for xray they 500rs and while leaving they gave a x ray report in cd suppose if i had to show it to other hospital do they think that every hospital will have a cd player inbuilt cpu or a separate cd or something at least when asking the report in hand they charge extra 150rs

Hospitality was not good eventhough doctors are good. Receptionists are roaming here and there only, not responding clearly. 3 or 4 receptionists are there, all are asking for patients details separately from beginning. We have to tell the details minimum of 3 times. Worst hospitality

Priyadharshini and sathya sir are doing great. However, hospital admins need to improve a lot of things in the process . Duty doctor going on rounds and talking to support staff caused more than 40 mins with no patients in the queue. Old man sitting in medicals need to retire. Otherwise the name will get spoiled.He is giving Unwanted tasks and rude attitudes in hospital is really not acceptable. Waiting with 102 fever with no patients in queues is really illogical. Everything is fine Other than waiting time with 102 fever with no patients to check before me..Medical store lady employees are very careless and rude in process.. Unresponsive, priorities given to phones instead of medical shop work
