Best in class in the town. Staff very courteous with best of dedication to their roles. Ample space for parking. Rooms and complimentary breakfast upto the mark for value paid. Check-in and check-out very smooth and quick. Ideal for family including children.

Very pleased with the staff members. I went there very late, and the hotel front desk helped me finding a vacant room within a few minutes. The service is very pleasant. Rooms are spacious and with centralised air conditioning. And a very vast menu on the breakfast service.

The hotel is situated in a prime location and is the top hotel you will find in Namakkal. The hotel has a heritage feel but the door knob and locks might not give you the feel in other hotels at this price range. Overall a decent place to stay. The staff could be friendly and that's the only space I felt that they need to improve on. I could still give a 5 rating here as the inconvenience wasn't that material. What I liked the most is that they are open for feedback. They were curious to know how they could make the stay better. Keep up that approach Mr Shanmugam Priyan. Really a great approach to ensure good customer experience.

Have 3 function hall. Room for stay available. Food quality is good. Car and two wheeler parking is available - bigger ground with open parking. Very calm and in main bypass road. Maintenance is good.

Big room And nice view . Lunch was excellent and tasty . Morning Complimentary breakfast was awesome . Nice menu and Super taste . Enjoyed hot Puri ,Idly ,Vada and Rava Kichidi etc . Support support were very cordial and friendly. Recommend everyone to try Nalas Kitchen .

Went for lunch. They serve very good butter naan. So soft. Don't go for crispy fried veg with mirchi. That was like a bakery onion fry.

Food was good this time. Sharing more experience, food servicing staf were patient in hearing orders, friendly and on-time. Any suggestions were taken and cared. My personal fav butter Nan was so soft and tempting. They have given total upgrade in dinnerware . Washed in hot water I think. Overall applaude for total upgrade .

The best hotel in Namakkal. The food here is very delicious. I must specifically mention Naan , which is the softest and fluffyest, I can bet nowhere else you would have eaten. The hotel is equipped with good rooms, two halls sufficient to host marriages and other functions. Ample parking space is available, too.
