The jewelry sets are really one of a kind, so beautifully crafted. The packaging was also excellent. But if a box could be provided, it would have been awesome. But once the order is made upto the time of receipt, there is no communication and no possibility of tracking our order as there is no mail sent.. This is a disappointment.

No doubt about the product would highly recommend to go for it for sure. But only thing they are lagging is lack of communication. Because as soon as we order we get communication regarding only the order made but we can't track anything else, we need to keep on messaging them regarding what's the status. But narmatha who's the main person who's looking after everything makes sure that u will be satisfied with what u want... Delivery was made on the day which i wanted & satisfied with the packing also.
