Worst staff behaviour, minimum expectation in the hospitality industry is Guest should be treated with respect. Very rude behaviour by the receptionists. They are openly saying don't come from next time, why you came to this hotel. What ever may be the issue minimum thing is they should have atleast spoke to me politely Hotel management should look into this matter with seriousness otherwise they themselves know how's the market is in Tirupati. Many guests may not report anything just because thinking why take the headache but owners should be cautious about this.

Waste of money , Horrible day time receptionist was very rude in behaviour & bedsheets were not cleaned properly / no dust bins kept at room, no proper ventilation to room & bathrooms exhaust fan was not working. Don't recommend this hotel at all. Multiple time rooms boys keeping ringing rooms bell for coffee/tea early morning.

Bahut ghatiya hotel. We regret staying there. Never never go their bathroom not good. Commod wala broken . Not well maintained. Towel very old. No dustbin and more over they r very rude with North Indians. They don't have patience to talk with customer . Over all worst experience

Good rooms , mainly very near to bus stand so easily catch the bus to tirumala and near to railway station also ,around residency many restaurants are there.rooms are neat and clean ,I visited 2 times.

Nakshatra Residency is nearby Tirupathi Bus stand (walkable distance) service lane road nearby Saravana Bhavan veg restaurant. Pros: Rooms are good for a couple. Very nearby to Bus stand Cons: AC is ok but not suitable for a hot summer time like Apr, may Roads are very narrow and not suitable to go to hotel in your car. Overall i would say it is Average stay and not a worst one .

Stayed for 2 days here during Tirupati visit. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom also well maintained. Staff is courteous. We wanted one more room and they gave it at discounted price. Room Tip : It can accommodate 2 ppl and max. one child. It is not big enough for 3 ppl. All in all, It was a pleasant stay here!

approach to the location by car was a huge affair. the bed space had a good ambience, but cleanliness was lower than expected. we had requested an extra bed (paid for it too), but that was poorly serviced. we had too follow till late in the night to provide one, and when it arrived the bedspread was not fresh. many more small yet important issues, but i will stop here, since the primary objective was to find a place to stay and that was fulfilled.

We had booked this stay through make my trip. But this hotel service is very disappointing. The staff is of no use. We booked for 3 days 2 nights. The room is good. But the bathrooms weren't cleaned. The wash basin was clogging. The mats weren't changed. And they didn't provide us bath towels. After complaining in make my trip they provided us 1 towel which was torn out. Looked like they didn't change the towels from a long time. However we got hot water anytime of the day. I would not suggest or go to this stay again.
