Worst experience ever had, rooms were full of dust and cob web , dirty bed spreads, used towels,rest room not cleaned full of dust in room....

Pros: 1. 24 hours hot bathing water. 2. 24 hours free purified drinking water. 3. Ac in good working condition (those who need heavy cooling may suffer a bit. Only mild cooling and we felt comfortable with that). Cons: 1. No proper receptiveness. Room service person seems to be in charge of the hotel and property manager has nothing to do here. He does nothing for you. 2. Very congested restroom. Not suitable for families. Suitable only for solo travellers. No space to turn even. 3. Very congested living space. Not able to move around in room too. You will sure have a hit in every move. Mosquitoes all around. 4. Bad attitude room service. Property manager does nothing for our issues. For any single query only the room service person is called upon. 5. Stingy bad smell in rooms. We felt no proper maintenance was done. Towels and bedsheets were smelling bad too. 6. No soap or shampoo was provided. Intercom was not working. Hotel is in remote area, so have to go down to call for service each and every time. Totally a bad experience.

Remote location from Tirupati (Rs.150 by Ola Auto),though close to Renigunta Railway Station (Rs.50 by Auto).No provision for food .No restaurants nearby-each time you need food,need to travel to Renigunta.TV in room not functional,no toiletries provided.Rooms are part of and on top a Wedding Hall,so there may be wedding functions early morning.Front Office guys doubles up as Caretaker and is often missing from reception but to be fair he is conversant with bookings.Agreed for early check in for 300 Rs (extra -no receipt given).So 24 hours stay in AC room for two cost me Rs.2000.Add no TV,no toiletries,cost of travelling to get food this place is strictly for those who have work in Renigunta outskirts (Old Checkpost Area/Airport etc)and can manage without food.

Worst staaff i have ever met hotel management.. they did not give rooms . It happens several times locals &piligrims not once even. it is if we booked rooms they simply say there is no availble.call our customer care.even customer executives also they ask receptionists about availbilty they negiligible they say here no room availbles..oyo customer care they simple say to me.. we provides near by oyo rooms. People who are online becarefull.dont pay online before. U go check &pay .if ur prebooking will done. Once they will not provide rooms. Ur refund process takes time 15-25 days

Room was so very congested!! Oly 1 can walk inside and other to sit on bed during d tym Ours was AC room but window glass was broken, mosquitoes was coming inside and one of d toilet windows glass was missing and window was not covered, lady cannot use the toilet.. after so many fights we called OYO support and complaint about the issue finally they arranged another hotel near by!! OYO was very helpful Oly the rooms in nakshatra grand was worst

The rooms are clean but quite congested. They don't have kitchen so you have to order food from outside. It's is near renigunta railway station. It takes hardly 10min to reach railway station from hotel by walking. Staff are polite and cooperative.

Worst service ever I have experienced. customer service is even more worsed. In maps it shows permanently closed upon enquiry we got to know that it was open. Washroom ventilation is broken and neighbors can easily peep into the washroom. Not at all recommended for girls. Unhygienic room plus washroom. They post fake pictures on the website(OYO)/APP . Please carefully check before booking this hotel. No assistance would be provided to you apart from keeping you on hold for more than 20 minutes.

I was struggled lot to reach this place , however we reached late we didn't get food , but the securty person was nice he was polite and give keys to us, after we reached room AC was like not feeling anything it was on default mode of 12'c and there was no tv remote , as compare to room price was too high, next morning I called securty to get the food ,he was very polite and nice person , but what we expect in the 2324, price was very much disappointed.
