Worst hotel ever seen, from 23 rooms we booked for a wedding 3 months in advance and paying 50% amount in advance, yet 18 rooms had some or the other issues. Ac not working, door dosent locks, unclean bed and linens, no electricity and water in many rooms, no room service, fridge not working... the room rate should be Rs. 500-600 looking at the facility and service .. sound system of Banquet dosent work.. the console gets heat up often, proper mic not available, no proper lightning in dance hall, water leakage in Banquet and most part of the hotel. Water provided in used bottles, low quality plastic spoons provided during dinner and breakfast...

I just came here 3 days back. I should mention that the owner and the staff treat us like family. The food is just like our home and even the room service and cleanliness around is well maintained. The staff is ready to help any hour of the day we want. I'm enjoying my stay here and would undoubtedly recommend this hotel.

whatever case was. But don't you think that by not providing water to people who were constantly asking for water is shameful?? if you had that much problem then why the hell did you accept the event??? you should had refused to give the venue. but should not do shameful things like " DO NOT GIVE WATER TO THEM BEFORE PAYMENT"

Unfortunately there is no option for -5 stars .....though happily I would like to give 1 star to the hotel Just attended a 2 day 2 nights function at the hotel Drinking water given in used bottles Unclean bathtub No doors for washrooms in some rooms No hot water for bathing in some rooms No proper AC in some rooms No proper staff service also The owner Sachin Patel didnt recieve the call during the issues Even though giving 50% in advance 4 months ago no proper management in the hotel You'll waste your money if you go to this hotel

I went here for our junior fresher party. We enjoyed a lot. Capacity of hall is good . We were appointment 80 students. Food is delicious and sound system is more batter then food. Some of poster is maked for photography. Garden is beautiful and big. This place is also use for IELTS. British council choose this place as center of them examination.

Good food good rooms and cooperative staff and luxurious atmosphere with family terrace restaurant and with pool also different types of food like chinese, continantal, punjabi, and many more. The ambivalance is plesant and appealing. Very good for business meeting and banquet hall and many more favilities like, Hot water, house keeping, food, ac, wifi etc.... Rooms are hygenic, spacious and modern also. Staff is polite. They also serve mexican and thai food ...

Ok guys read this review before you book this hotel. If you are NRI that is thinking about booking this hotel for part of wedding plans then I will guarantee you that you are in a ride. These guys are crooks. They will tell one thing on call and send you something else. They wasted my two months just going back and forth. The rooms are also not as advertised. Customer service is zero to none. Amit and Sachin both the manager and owner of the property, one would imagine that they will treat customer with respect instead they would not pick up calls. Again if your a NRI thinking about booking stay away really there are many other properties that will be worth your dollar.

On 9 Dec 2020 I had two days function at this hotel . Worst hotel ive stayed in. - The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked the owner if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?" - Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty. - Staff & Owner himself Mr. SACHIN PATEL funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff .If you are not majorly bothered by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day + night all this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out without feeling you're being monitored DO NOT STAY.
