Very good customer service and awesome new designs
We only discovered this fabulous fine jewellers recently. The premises are beautiful and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and The store is absolutely beautiful and they have a huge selection. I couldn't believe how quick and easy the process was. It's impossible to walk out empty handed! We will be long time customers for sure!

Rushy hours.. Felt like they need to elaborate the parking area. Collections are just average.. Will be gud for lightweight ornament selection. Making charges are comparatively low.
Suggestions:
The Floor was realy untidy. Haven't found any cleaning staff in that 2.5 hours..
Need proper and detailed billings
Will be better if they have an app for scheme amount pays
Kindly arrange uniform for staffs

Had a nice experience at Nakshathra Edapally.That's y v thought of buying again from Nakshathra.But this time v chose Pukattupady.. We had a very bad experience there. Hardly a car can b parked. I don't know if there is less collection or the salesmen are reluctant to show the collections. Salesmen are more interested in watching T.V rather than attending customers. Also the item which we bought was defective and had to replace it. Will never go back to this showroom nor will recommend to anyone.
