Most friendly neighbourhood gym. Nagesh is very knowledgeable and a great coach for newbies. He is patient, professional and a motivator. NAKs gym is a get-the-job-done gym. No flaff like some of the "modern" gyms. Great value for money, flexi timings and great atmosphere to workout. I'm a national level athlete and highly recommend NAKs gym.

This is a fantastic gym. Nagesh, the owner and trainer, is super cool and nice and takes an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I really like how he gives me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. The music is blaring and atmosphere is awesome. The fee is as cheap as it gets

I've joined this Gym a month ago; and my experience here has been absolutely positive. The Gym has sufficient space and all the equipment. The trainer knows everything about work-outs, gives individual attention to all the members, plus he also keeps a track on their activities and attendance. He is very polite and explains thoroughly. He also helped me to over come the back-pain that I had. I'd definitely recommend this Gym to all, and will continue my membership here.
