I bought the most beautiful outfit from Nakhrali and it did not disappoint. It suited me perfectly and was unbelievably comfortable. I don't usually like Indian clothing because it is so uncomfortable and heavy but this outfit was simple but stood out to the crowd. I got so many compliments and everyone asked me where I got it from. It is my favourite Indian outfit that I own. I was contacted by an advisor whose name is Sakshi, who really helped me through the buying and delivery process with such ease and listened to me. As a customer I am really happy and satisfied with her service. She made sure to take my measurements and asked me how I'd like the outfit to my liking before shipping. The shipping process was quick and she responded well when I asked her when the delivery would come. Sometimes ordering from a different country can be a little difficult as you are always worried about where your parcel is but she helped me a lot. Overall it was such a beautiful outfit and I can't wait to order from Nakhrali again. I love the material and quality of the clothes and it definitely looks like what it looks like online. This is the first time I ordered from Nakhrali for my Grand Ma. She is a short built and when ever we order we have to alter the length according to her. This process is a little tedious as we live abroad and have to do it ourselves at home. But to my surprise I got a msg from nakhrali customer support asking for the measurements and I told them it's for my grand mothe, the team told me that they want the suits to fit well and could like to get measurements for my grand mom along with a photo. The team was so considerate they not only altered the suits accordingly but also accommodate customisations as well. Like she doesn't like to wear elastic so they changed to string and I also requested to keep the suit fitting loose they took care of that too. The shipment arrived with in a week of me ordering along with all the customisations. Very happy with Nakhrali's customer support, product and service. The smile that the suits put on my grandma's face was priceless, I will only buy from them going forward

I cannot say enough good things about this Brand and Company. Their customer service is top tier. Delivery was earlier than expected and accommodation for delivery was hassle free. The outfit was absolutely gorgeous and extremely well made! I got an xs and it was the perfect fit! I cannot wait to shop this brand again. It's probably gonna be my go to. Thank you Nakhrali!

I recently got my diwali outfit from here and when I washed it, it drained out all color. Upon visiting the store, I was treated with an arrogant attitude of the manager, saying, our clothes are designer and if you go out in rains I wont guarantee that they would hold up the color. So basically to everyone visiting the store, I don't know where its mentioned, but do buy a raincoat on top of your 1000s Rs dress to save it from water. Such hypocrisy with fine prints on the bills by such store just breaks my trust in standalone sellers.

My most preferred place to shop for all my traditional wears, and my foremost reason being the pure quality of fabrics, designing and their colors. Team is always supportive online and offline. Always a happy customer here.
