Visited this store after many years as we have moved out of the country. The shopping experience was pleasant and fulfilling. Pretty decent collection of dresses, inner wear's, and sarees. The entire staff team is friendly and works as a team which is definitely a game changer. I was super impressed with the restrooms which were super clean, neat, and loaded with tissue papers. Thanks to the management and team for making this possible. You have definitely set yourself as a store which is unique and unbeatable!

I recently visited Naidu Hall in T Nagar with the intention of buying just one saree, but I ended up having a great shopping experience thanks to their sales representative, Durga. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, helping me find sarees within my budget and searching through countless racks. Naidu Hall has done a great job in selecting and training their staff, and I must say, I'm impressed. Very friendly service even though we just got out of the cyclone and there was flooding and they had to close the front door. They had people waiting in the front to escort customers we found Deepa who was very friendly and showed us everything in the store that we needed. It was smooth.

Naidu Hall since 1939.... I think it's a really homely place for all things nice and comfortable !! Very beautiful sarees !! And a good collection of traditional outfits... !! The staffs are very friendly and make you feel at home... overall a classic comfortable shopping experience!!
