Vegetarian Italian cafe. Atmosphere is good. They serve authentic wood fire pizza. Crust is well made. Tastes really good. Also tried Creamy mashroom soup and coffee. Prices are on the higher side. All type of payments are accepted. Service was preety fast. The place is also not much crowded. Washroom available inside the cafe.

Fine European cuisine in ooty? . This place is a no brainer . Their soups are hot and comforting and the pizzas are wood fired and had a little kick to it which added to the warmth . The dishes are on the expensive side and they only accept cash which is a bummer . Good place n vibes, Food was good too. The service could have been a bit more organized. All other nearby restaurants were busy, but we found this cosy place relatively free of clutter. We tried Pizza, Fried rice, Thai rice with curry. The taste was good.

The food is not that great of Nahar cafe. Few people recommend it to us, but whatever we tried was not good. The pizza was okay, fried rice was very dry, and the sauce given with fried rice was ketchup water. Overall the experience was bad

A fine dining vegetarian Italian Restaurant located in the heart of Ooty serving authentic wooden fried pizza, sizzlers, burgers and pastas. Would definitely recommend to visit this place on your Ooty visit. Amazing chef, convenient location with ample parking, spacious seating, cozy interiors, delicious food, Fresh food made at the live counter are the highlights, the service was quite disappointing, lack of staff I guess. Quite pricey, but worth trying.

Visited Nahar's Sidewalk restaurant for dinner with family of 4. Food was mixed. Service was not good and hygiene was rock bottom. Biggest turn down was infestation with Cockroaches! Not 1 or 2 but too many of them. On floor, on the walls and one came on table top as well to sample food! We ordered a large wood fired Flavoured Cheese Pizza. The garlic cheese was good. 2 problems- they don't have plate or tray to serve Large size pizza. It was hanging from all sides and touching table as well. And no spatula to serve. Cardinal mistake was to use a sweet KETCHUP-like sauce instead of Pizza sauce on the base! We were knlh provided quarter-size plates and they didn't rellace them even after requesting. Butter Garlic Mushroom Penne pasta was simply awesome. Also ordered Thai Fried rice with green curry which was ok. You can definitely try it out!

A pleasant surprise when I first visited this place. One of the best pizza I had ever eaten. Such an authentic pizza. Nothing of the over-hyped stuff, just simple wooden oven baked pizza. Their speciality -Nilgiris cheese pizza. One of the most under-rated places in Ooty. The desserts are also simply too good. A bit on the pricey end, but definitely worth it.

Very unique place with some tasty food. Pasta florentina was great in taste. Even the quantity was good. Very sufficient for 2 people. A bit costly though.
