Originally the official residence of Arunachal Pradesh's first Lieutenant Governor Shri K A A RAJA ,this used to be the official residence of many subsequent Lieutenant Governor of Arunachal Pradesh till it was shifted to present days RAJ BHAWAN, Itanagar. Now converted into Arunachal Pradesh state guest house. Many dignitaries including President of India have stayed here when he visited Arunachal Pradesh.
Once official residence of Lt. Governor, now, it's part of Itanagar Permanent Bench of Guwahati High Court.
It's a nice guest house and place is naturally very beautiful.
