My stay was fantastic... Courteous and very friendly staff.. food is excellent and room service is brilliant... The pool is clean and the rooms are spacious and well maintained... Overall a great experience. Highly recommended for the family .. especially if you have young kids... The restaurant and room service at the hotel are 24/7.. if you need anything it's available which is a great thing. Memorable stay at this place. First experience in Goa. Convenient location in North Goa - Beaches are nearby...The rooms are comfortable, the staff is well-supportive.

The resort was awesome. The service was amazing and the ambiance was mesmerizing. The staff was polite and attentive. The food from their restaurant was good too. They keep rooms so neat and clean. I celebrated my birthday here. The decoration was nice too. They made my birthday so special. I love my stay here. Ratings: Ambience: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Location is quite far from any beach or any other place to visit. All Taxis and two wheeler rentals are to be hired only from one place, who operate in a rude fashion with their customers. Pool was well maintained. However, if you are coming through your own vehicle, then this is a good place to stay.

This place really needs to have better service at almost every corner. Reception runs show like a Government Department, House keeping doesn't understand half of things, they won't keep you updated for anything you would request. And you get 500ml water bottle per person then they start charging you. You won't get anything done with their Wifi either. Good part was that Waiters, Porters, Gatekeepers were prompt. Infrastructural Facilities are decent. We had below average experience and won't recommend this place to anyone else.

Food is very average with very few options. Taste is below average. They had not even changed the sheets and pillow covers when they handed over the room. Very unhygienic, particulars during Covid times. Rooms are old and thatched. They even refuse to give bathing towels and floor carpets. All 3 rooms that we booked did not have hot water for the entire stay. Rain water was leaking into the rooms. Worst house keeping for a hotel who claims to be 4 star.

This resort is good in general but did not feel premium as per the 4-star hotel category listed on google. Most of the facilities you expect are there but premium feel is missing. We have some observation on what they need to improve: 1. Staff coordination is not good and they mis-communicate or forget things. They will serve you as per their availability and not yours. 2. Hotel beds are old spring beds which sink very quickly with bad thick pillows which will give you neck and back pains. 3. Room service for food is not great as they serve cold food which they explain that it gets cold by the time they reach your room. It is hilarious as you can get much hotter food from delivery by an outside restaurant which is 3-5kms away. The resort itself is good and they can make you feel premium only if they realize what are right things to do and if their management wants to improve the experience.
