Nagnath Yatra at Nagnath Wadi is annually held in Shravan month. It is observed at the Nagnath temple at Nagnath Wadi near Lalgun in Satara District. Nagnath Yatra at Nagnath Wadi 2023 dates are August 21, August 28, September 4 and September 11.The yatra is held on all Mondays in Shravan month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed in Maharashtra. The shrine has equal importance to Shiva and Nag Devatas. The main ritual involves pouring of water, bilva leaves and milk on the Shivling here. Devotees arrive from early morning to observe the ritual.

Nagnathgwadi is famous for its Shiva temple. You can reach here via Ner phata on Koregaon-Pusegaon road or from Lalgun which is on Phaltan-Pusegaon road. It is an ancient Lord Shiva Mandir. Mandir is well built up.The Lord Shiva pind is about 10 to 15 feet down from ground level. Water always comes out from this pind. People come here mainly in month of Shravan especially on Monday. People come here to take blessings of Dev which are small new born snakes known as Swari.Every Monday there is a small fair. The atmosphere looks beautiful. Also you can sea historical Ner dam.
