Scam - seller of inferior and incomplete products - advert includes one chrome plate porthole mirror but product arrives with no mirror in worst packaging I have ever experienced, more or less have to demolish it to get the product out, seller has few communication skill and cynically informs buyer they didn't order a mirror and support this skewed and dishonest view by sending their advert description having merely redacted the word 'mirror' - fraudulent in fact. Wish I had taken the time to read previous reviews from other unfortunate victims of this fraud before ordering through Amazon, who incidentally have been useless in pursuing some justice here. Looks like these criminal have been getting away with this for years. 28 Apr 2023 - Seller still in denial - Finally some sense from Amazon and have a chargeback and credit actioned by my CC and Amazon.

My clock just arrived and prior to it arriving I was skeptical that it ever would due to a lot of negative comments. I rarely review anything but in this case they deserve it. International shipping was very fast and the clock was well packaged. Clock is beautiful.

Extremely poor service from Nagina International! Ordered through Amazon on December 12, delivery was meant to be 14-19. Didn't arrive by the 21 so I contacted Nagina. They apologized, offered a refund and told me that I would have my package by December 31. When the package did not arrive yet again, I sent another message. They told me that the order had been cancelled.... I had been specifically told that I would be receiving my item by December 31 and would be getting a full refund. They then asked me how it is possible to get a refund and receive the product (as if I had made this up). Avoid this company at all costs, they obviously don't know how to conduct business properly.

My order was delayed months together and after follow ups they were asking me to cancel the order and said we will not send you the item and refund you the money. I was begged them to send the order as wanted the product very badly. I placed order 3 times for the same product.

Im not happy after reading latest comments as looks like ive been scammed to, ordered then said it was delayed now says, delayed again again...ooppps another fight coming on grrrrr.

Ordered a vintage dive helmet through Amazon and never got. It couldn't SUCK much more than that im taking the one star away

Received my item in perfect condition. Well worth the money. Love it.
