Its on d way to panchgani with slight detour n sharp inclination but totally worth d Superb view. Mild tracking to reach top of cliff.. amazing view from every corner of this location. Best part is its least crowded as mostly people r rushing to punchagni-mahabalshwar spots. One can hear sounds of multiple waterfalls around. Totally worth if u like hill views during rainy season.
Not known to everyone. We reached this place accidentally and found it very beautiful. It might be awesome to visit this place during monsoon season. One can drive till Dam, but the road condition after not good after a km or so.
This viewpoint is of the Panchagani Wai highway.
From Panchagani, you take a diversion which runs eight hundred meters to the spot.
The approach road is narrow and takes two cars side by side with difficulty.
As there are no barriers on the side of the road you must drive carefully from and to the Nagewadi view point.
You can get a great view of the Nagewadi Dam and its surrounding villages from this point.
There are no signs or tourist amenities at this spot. It also has no vegetation.
You may meet villagers on two wheelers coming from their village or returning to it.
This spot has few tourists and there were none when we went.

Absolutely stunning view of the dam from above here. Can't imagine the beauty of this place in the rains. This place hasn't changed in years.
Its a less explored place and its breathtaking. Found it better than Sydneypoint. You can sit here peacefully in seclusion
One can visit this site while returning from mahabaleshwar and exiting through panchgani. Just few meters away from the main road.

On our route to Mahabaleshwar, we visited at the Wai Ganpati temple. It is situated in Wai city. The Wai Panchgani road is only 3 kilometers away. It is convenient to travel there because of this. On the banks of the Krishna River is where the temple

Nice Ganapati temple on the bank of Krishna river. Ganpati statue is huge and very beautiful. Temple is 250 years old and is a must visit place when in Wai. Parking is available and fee is 30/-.
