Second time I approached the service center about the display line problem on my mobile after the software update. After confirming that there was no physical or liquid damage to my mobile. Due to a display spare being out of stock, they suggested giving me another solution "Alternative Mobile." The service engineer, Mr. Nagarajan, and his team handled my problem very nicely and gave me a good solution. Excellent work. Best wishes.

There service is good, but it takes six days time to book a damaged product for replacing, if product available they replace within two hours, staffs are full knowledge

Located in the middle of nowhere.. there wasn't even a name board to find this place. It's in the first floor. Good service . AC and water facilities available. No parking space. Waiting area is also there.

Worst customer service ,They won't even pick ur call ,if u go directly also they will make to wait more than 20 mins even for checking the availability
