The hospital has excellent infrastructure incorporating state of the art medical technology supported by a team of experienced consultants, medical officers and qualified nurses. This is a tertiary referral centre for medical gastroenterology, surgical gastroenterology, respiratory medicine, intensive care medicine, anaesthesiology, orthopaedic surgery, trauma care, nephrology, neurology, neuro surgery and plastic surgery. In addition medicine, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology services are also available

Zero professionalism. Patients are instructed to wait near wash area, which is disgusting. Patients are treated on appointment basis. But even with appointments, patients are destined to wait for hours and hours. If your vision is to become a top healthcare provider, you should adhere to systematic SOPs and provide basic facilities in the waiting area (like an AC, water, TV, or basic hygiene as a minimum). Or rather, at least have a waiting area and not throw patients in a hallway.

I recently had the privilege of visiting an outstanding eye hospital, and I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. The level of care, expertise, and professionalism demonstrated by the hospital's staff was truly remarkable. Every aspect of my visit, from the moment I walked through the doors until the completion of my treatment, was characterized by excellence.
