I have been regular customer to Nag, but recent visit had very bad experience. The food quality is gone bad and management sets their rules overnight.the prices can go higher anytime, the restaurant demanded higher price for online payment which was not told before taking order .
I recently had arranged for my daughter's first birthday party and the service I received from this banquet hall was exceptional. A big thanks to their manager Surya who helped in all possible ways. Food quality and hospitality at its best. I went through the reviews before the event and noted many bad and many favoring reviews. I highly recommend.
To be frank, planned to visit this place by seeing their signature dishes. When we visited, they said the signature dishes are not available. Its bit weird, as it's a weekend but they aren't serving signature dishes. Even though it's a weekend, very less people are there in the restaurant. Coming to dining experience, the service could be faster. Taste wise and quantity wise- GOOD. THE TASTE AND QUANTITY ARE POSITIVE FACTORS HERE

We have placed an order at take-away point at Nag Restaurant & Banquets as on 29/03/2021 08:20 PM. Bill No 5039. My order was Veg (Mushroom Biryani) family pack and i have told Restaurant team clearly, please make sure to maintain the quality. But while eating we have understood that biryani was prepared from chicken biryani rice. we found small chicken inside. then i have called restaurant and asked, they have accepted its there fault and they requested for a chance to rectify the issue, they tried to replace the food but i don't accepted. i felt this was a big mistake and they have to understand basic for human beliefs/ethics. They stated in the call "This was a silly issue" to which i don't understood, how this become a silly issue. i have all the proofs.. bill, UPA transaction & call recordings. Finally , for veg lovers, you may expect unusual stuff on your plate, while you eating. Be keen and careful while eating.. Shortly i want to take this to consumer forum also.
