Awesome place to go... I would say go in the evening. Start the climb at 4..You can spend a lot of time at the top and watch a sunset. Its quite windy up there..but still not dangerous. Carry water for the trip. And please dont throw away the garbage.

Nice place to have a beautiful evening with your friends. It takes nearly an hour to climb to the top, but it's worth it. Fog comes in between. Best time to visit is evening time so the climate becomes Less humid.

It's a good place, it's not as you think, there's a good height, so the water must be taken care of, but those who are physically challenged should never climb it, because I'll tell you my experience.

It's the place where mountains touch the sky, moreover this place can definitely calm your mind and body. The perfect time to visit this place is 5:45 in the morning.

Best view come after a hard climb. * Some steep climb at the starting and at the ending. But can be climbed. * Best time is morning and evening ( if you are coming at evening, start the climb one hour before the sunset). * The 360 view from the top is just beautiful. * The place actually a kurishumala also. * No special parking area here. * The entry to the place is not that noticeable. But the Google map can take you to the correct location.

At a distance of 75 Kms from Munnar, 68 kms from kottayam & 60 Kms from Idukki, Nadukani is a small hill station in Ernakulam district. It is 35 Kms from Thodupuzha, close to NH49 near Kothamangalam. At an altitude of 3000 feet, Nadukani is an ideal destination for trekking and mountaineering. On the sunny day Nadukani offers a clear view of the areas extending to Thodupuzha. The excellent view of the Muvattupuzha River that forms Malankara Lake on Malankara Dam is feast to the eyes. The hills provide a bird's eye view of the low-lying places here. One could get a panoramic view of mountain ranges on one side. It is a visual worth embracing at least once in your lifetime. A must try place!

The climb is definitely hard but not the hardest. Best time to visit is the afternoon just before sunset. Tagged about 30-40 minutes. The last 10 minutes are the trickiest. But the reward is certainly worth the climb.

The name is worthwhile- Nadukani means "See the Country" Nadukani - Means "see the country" is a right name for this place between Moolamattam and Painavu we enjoyed the cool breeze, fresh unpolluted air and as the name mentions - the panoramic view of a vast area. From the two storied pavilion at Nadukani we can see the Moolamattom, Kanjar and Muttom towns like small cluster of containers, the water from the river flowing to the Malannkara dam and the reservoir like a strip of water flowing and spreading like a small pool Since the weather was favorable we could see hamlets on the surrounding mountains, the Malankara rubber plantations and the fast moving clouds and we spend more time than what we planned. A lovely place to see and enjoy the scenery. this pavilion is on the way to idukki from thodupuzha near nadukani, just few meters off the main road to the right. it offers you with a birds eye view of molammattom por house, thodupuzha etc. the view is breathtaking and you sure dont miss this place.
